Please call, send a text, or visit our contact page and we will schedule an appropriate time and day for bookings. Please leave a message when your call is not answered and we will contact you as soon as possible.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, EFT, cash, and online transfers. A 50% deposit is required prior the appointment, and payment must be completed after the appointment.
We make every effort to locate parking that is free. If we are unable to find free parking and there is no free parking accessible in the location, the therapist will be required to use pay parking. Parking free reimbursement is required.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours a cancellation fee of 50% of the total value will be charged. No shows or no-notice cancellations will be charged 100% of the total booking fee. The 50% deposit is non-refundable in this circumstance.
We are based in the Parramatta area, NSW, but we also service local and surrounding suburbs however, please enquire within to determine travel availablities. Milage cost may apply for booking that are far away.
Unfortunately, we do not provide these services or handle their removal.
